Why women
in the economy?

Our vision is an Africa where women leaders and entrepreneurs rise to their full potential, shaping inclusive economies and resilient communities, and driving transformative impact that extends across the continent and the world.

African women are powerful changemakers.

They are leading businesses, building communities, shaping ideas, and nurturing the next generation — yet too often, their voices are unheard, their potential unseen, and their opportunities limited.

We believe that when African women rise, everyone rises. A woman with access to mentorship and resources doesn’t just transform her own life — she uplifts her family, creates opportunities for others, and drives progress in her community. Every African woman leader or entrepreneur we support becomes a role model who breaks barriers and inspires others to dream bigger.

Our work exists because we know the future of Africa depends on unlocking the full potential of its women. By creating spaces for women to connect, learn, and lead, we are building a community where women thrive as leaders, entrepreneurs, and visionaries. Together, we are rewriting the story of leadership in Africa — one where women are not just participants, but pioneers and trailblazers.

African women leaders and entrepreneurs are not just shaping the economy.

They are transforming their communities
and rewriting the narrative of what’s possible.

With creativity, resilience, and unyielding determination, these women are at the helm of a movement that fuels innovation and social change across the continent.
