All women aged 25 to 40 from an African country are eligible. We encourage applicants with strong leadership potential to apply.
Selected candidates will benefit from specialized training, mentorship from international leaders, a business trip (Paris) and significant visibility within our network.
The selection process takes place in two phases: an application review followed by an interview with a panel of experts.
