Hafsat Abiola

Leads initiatives to scale the impact of women leaders and entrepreneurs across Africa. Harvard and Tsinghua University graduate; former senior government roles in Nigeria; founder of the Kudirat Initiative for Democracy (KIND).

Caroline Boudergue​

Co-founder of WIA, previously key in the Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society; experienced in finance, international management, and scaling initiatives that advance women’s leadership globally.

Yacine Fal

Senior executive at the African Development Bank; over 20 years of leadership in legal affairs, operations, and strategic development; former Acting Vice President for Regional Development and Director General of the President’s Cabinet.
